RACKET SERVICES: There are no refunds or free re-stringing granted after a tennis racket is retrieved. Strings broken after pick up is not at the fault of the service performed or the materials used.

TENNIS SESSIONS: There are no exchanges, refunds, or reimbursements. Sufficient notice must be given in order to refill a vacant spot. A 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all lessons cancelled by the student that was confirmed 48 or more hours prior, and the lesson will be paid in full. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, after having already confirmed, is considered a cancellation and the lesson will be paid in full. Exceptions to this policy include legitimate situations such as unfavorable weather, illness, medical reason, child emergency, pet emergency, car trouble, etc.
